Notes: Very spicy. Super humid. Run slow and steady after quad cramp last week. Kept HR manageable. DBs - 30-20 Floor press - 30,10,6, 4 Cleans - sets of 5 w. good breaks. This one miserable. Forgot about the last run it was so miserable so that last run was real peachy
